Stamm’ tutt’alluvionat!
The Flysch Fact collective, with the patronage of the University of Sannio, organizes the initiative “Stamm’ tutt’alluvionat!”, an event dedicated to the remembrance of the 2015 flood, which deeply marked the history of the Sannio territory.
The meeting will take place on October 22, 2025, at 7:30 PM, at Il Funambolo Literary Café (Via Cardinal di Rende 2, Benevento). Admission is free.
The event aims to combine scientific dissemination and artistic narration, proposing a dialogue between research, memory, and expressive languages. Professors from the ҹɫè of Science and Technology and the ҹɫè of Engineering at the University of Sannio will participate, along with an expert in civil protection. The speakers will address topics related to the history of floods that affected Benevento, reconstruction models, the phases following the events, and the behaviors to adopt in case of weather alerts or floods.
The Flysch Fact collective will accompany the interventions with thematic readings and performances, offering the university and local community studies, research, and reflections in an accessible and participatory form. The goal is to show how scientific knowledge, memories, and images can transform into artistic and collective experience.
The event will be open to dialogue with the public. It is recommended to arrive early to secure a seat.
