Required Documents
To participate in a bachelor’s or master’s degree graduation session, students must have passed all required exams and earned all university credits (CFU)—including those for any internship—except those assigned to the final thesis, at least 30 days prior to the session.
The application must be submitted through the “CONSEGUIMENTO TITOLO” link in the student’s reserved area. The procedure will open 50 days before and close strictly 30 days before the graduation session.
For operational instructions, please refer to the official guide.
The thesis must be uploaded in electronic format between 15 and 5 days before the graduation session.
Detailed access information and administrative procedures are described on the university website.
Additionally, within 5 days before the graduation session, according to the internal regulations of the ҹɫè of Engineering, candidates must submit a self-certification form declaring the possession of any additional qualifications that grant extra points for the final grade.
The form, fully completed and signed, must be submitted to the ҹɫè of Engineering's Teaching Administrative Support Unit by sending it via email to:

Thesis Presentation
The ҹɫè of Engineering provides students with a laptop running Microsoft Windows 10 with Office 2019 installed for the thesis presentation.
To avoid any technical issues during the final defense, students are strongly encouraged to test their presentations on this computer before their session, during office hours (preferably in the morning), at the Sant’Agostino location in the offices of the IT technical staff.
