The internship is a key component of the educational offering, allowing students to apply the knowledge they have acquired and to develop specific skills through ongoing interaction between the university and the world of work (companies, public and private institutions, professional firms).
To activate a curricular internship, both an agreement and a training project are required.
The list of active agreements can be found at theÌýLINK
The agreement must be formalized with the University before the internship can begin.
In order to establish an internship agreement, the host company or organization must complete and sign the required forms exclusively with the digital signature of the legal representative, and send them via certified email to the following address:
amministrazione@cert.unisannio.it
Ìý
Once the agreement has been formalized, it is the student’s responsibility to complete the training and orientation plan in all its parts (including their institutional email address) and send it to the academic advisor of their degree program. The advisor will assign a university tutor and forward the document to the SAD (Student Affairs Office) for further processing and activation.
The training plan can be found at the followingÌýLINK
Ìý
The student will receive an email confirming the activation of the internship, including the start and end dates of the activities. The student is not allowed to begin the internship (under penalty of non-recognition of the activities carried out) without having received official confirmation of activation from the university offices.
Once the internship period at the host organization (company, institution, professional firm) has been completed, the student must send the documentation certifying the proper completion of the activities (i.e., the final report and attendance register) to the internship coordinator of their degree program, using only their institutional email account.
The report and attendance register templates can be found at the followingÌý LINK

Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, and Statistical and Actuarial Sciences
Master’s Degrees in Economics and Management, and in Statistical and Actuarial Sciences
As part of the Economics and Statistics programs within the DEMM ҹɫè, mid-program training and orientation internships are mandatory for obtaining the academic degree.
Students are required to complete 75 hours (equivalent to 3 mandatory curricular ECTS), but they may opt for a 150-hour internship (3 mandatory + 3 optional ECTS). This option allows for the request of an additional point to be added to the final degree grade.
To register the internship, students must book it on the Esse3 platform, using the same procedure and timeline as for exam registration (from 15 to 5 days before each exam session). Internship registration dates coincide with the exam dates of the internship advisor for the degree program.
In addition to external internships, students may also request recognition of relevant work experience (equivalent to internship activity), pending approval by the Degree Program Council, provided the experience can be certified through a valid work contract (of any type).

Single-Cycle Master’s Degree in Law
In the Single-Cycle Master’s Degree Program in Law, participation in a curricular training internship is not mandatory, although it is highly recommended.
Students enrolled in the program may receive academic credit for internships, traineeships, or other educational activities that are consistent with the objectives of the program, up to a maximum of 3 ECTS.
Specifically, 3 ECTS for "other activities" and 1 additional point on the final degree grade are awarded to students who complete curricular internships promoted by the Degree Program, provided they attend documented activities for a minimum of 75 hours and receive a positive final evaluation.
